Country Winter Photos

Knoxville Photographer – 2 Hodges Photography

Pretty much every Knoxville wedding photographer dreams of the opportunity to take winter photos of an adorable couple on a rare snow day. These opportunities are typically difficult to plan for, but the predictions for Snowmageddon 2014 seemed probable, which gave us a little bit of time to plan ahead. We knew of a super sweet couple who lives nearby to the 2 Hodges Photography property, and we were so excited to be able to get them out in the snow for pictures. Erin and Trey are seniors at Seymour High School near Sevierville and Knoxville, TN, and they both expressed interested in going to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, after graduation.

This was not the first time we had the opportunity to take photos of Erin. She wanted Old Hollywood Style Glamour Photos for a senior style photo shoot, so we already knew she had an incredible sense of style and ease in front of the camera. And her blue eyes are stunning! When asked what she and Trey should wear for photos, we suggested warm clothes in similar tones and a pop of color on Erin, like a scarf. When she arrived in a red wool coat, we knew their winter photos would be incredible – just imagine dark hair, blue eyes, and a red coat in a snowy setting. And then add in the way she and Trey look at either. It was tender, it was sweet, and it was full of laughter. We had a blast! Just see their winter photos below taken on the 2 Hodges Photography property!
