Whitestone Country Inn creates a gorgeous country setting for Knoxville wedding photography, including non-traditional weddings. Maryann and Tony asked us to provide elopement photography for their non-traditional wedding at Whitestone Inn in Kingston, TN, in May. Maryann and Tony had a morning elopement ceremony in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd. Following their non-traditional wedding, where we were both the wedding photographer as well as the witnesses, we had a portrait session on the beautiful Whitestone Inn property. Even the details of Maryann and Tony’s country elopement ceremony were non-traditional, including a black dress and sandals. However, the most prominent detail we noted was their excitement to simply be married. Even though the skies were gray, the rain did not deter us, and Maryann beamed as a first-time bride. The portrait session began at the Whitestone Inn gazebo, which was set for a wedding ceremony later that day. We then visited the Inn followed by photos amidst some beautiful wild flowers. Next we stopped by a gorgeous red barn and then visited with horses. Following some photos at the Rose Cottage, where Maryann and Tony were staying, we ended at the infamous Whitestone Inn swing. We were honored to be included in their sweet wedding ceremony and wish them all the best in their marriage. Congratulations, Maryann and Tony!
