Katie and Philip’s wedding was our idea of a perfect Knoxville Catholic wedding – beautiful, sweet and full of emotion. They had a half-mass ceremony at All Saints Catholic Church in Knoxville, TN, and we loved all of the moments incorporated into the ceremony including the opportunity to hug their families and communion.
Following their wedding ceremony, guests were invited to The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm for a reception including catering and cake from Karen’s Katering. The Pavilion was beautiful as always, and we loved the DIY activity books and plant seeds Katie made for guests. We also enjoyed the music provided by DJ Porter from Davis Sound with Special Notes Entertainment.
Katie and Philip chose a family wedding, having their brothers and sisters as bridesmaids and groomsmen. Our favorite moments, though, were capturing Katie’s parents as they saw her ready for her wedding day, gave her away, and watched her dance with her husband. We actually surprised Dad that day by creating a First Look moment with Katie, and his reaction was absolutely priceless.
To Katie and Philip: Your wedding was a dream! To say we miss you now that you are in Texas is an understatement. Of course, we know we aren’t the only ones who miss you! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!
